Brady Gandy

Brady is a multi-instrumentalist from the Texas panhandle, where he grew up helping his dad in the oil fields and on his family’s cattle ranch. When he was 12 years old, he discovered bluegrass music through the show ‘The Beverly Hillbillies’, which began his love for bluegrass; his music career began as a banjo player, where he became a part of the South Plains College bluegrass ensemble before graduating High School. It was at SPC that he fell in love with the country sounds of the 1960’s, and began playing bass and guitar. By 2017, he was playing in all the dancehalls across Texas, and in 2018, joined Bobby Flores & The Yellow Rose Band. He started playing pedal steel guitar at that time, and has since performed with artists such as Jody Nix, Ty Myers, Ricky Skaggs, and Marty Stuart.
