Bio
Dan Kalisher is a session guitar and pedal steel player, producer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. He has played all over the world performing and recording with artists such as Noah Cyrus, Grace Potter, Sabrina Carpenter, Louis Tomlinson, Fitz and the Tantrums, the American Idol band, Brittney Spencer, Don Felder, Mickey Guyton, Matthew Morrison, and Jesse McCartney. As an award-winning songwriter and producer he has over 25 placements of original music in network TV and worldwide ad campaigns. From 2018-2025 he and his wife Alisha contributed over 100 original songs for the Meta Music Initiative under the name The Sheen. His playing was featured in the Bon Dylan biopic and GRAMMY-nominated soundtrack to ‘A Complete Unknown’ starring Timothee Chalamet.
